On Monday, February 4, 2013, a new hearing will be scheduled before the Honorable David French at the South County Courthouse in Delray Beach.

I met Michael Napoleone of Richman Greer, Peter Halle's attorney, at the courthouse last Wednesday as planned. It turned out that the Honorable Judge sitting in the courtroom where Mr. Napoleone had scheduled the hearing was not the correct judge for our case.

While we were at the courthouse we found out that the Honorable David E. French had been assigned the case. Judge French was not listening to motions that week so we all went home.
