Hearing rescheduled for second time with Peter Halle's attorneys

On Thursday, February 7, 2012, another new hearing will be scheduled before the Honorable David French at the South County Courthouse in Delray Beach. The last hearing that was scheduled by Michael Napoleone's office was set for a day that Judge French does not entertain hearings.
